Fundamental issue involved in this revisional application is a prayer for expeditious disposal of the Ejectment Suit No. 56 of 2015 pending before the learned Civil Judge, (Junior Division), 2nd Court, Barrackpore, North 24 Parganas.

I am of the opinion that prayer of this revisional application does not demand any notice to be served upon the opposite party.

Service upon the opposite party is thus dispensed with.

Considering this facts and circumstances, learned Civil Judge, (Junior Division), 2nd Court, Barrackpore, North 24 Parganas is requested to ensure expeditious disposal of the referred Ejectment Suit, providing sufficient opportunity of hearing to either of the parties to this case, but without granting unnecessary adjournment, unless there is extreme urgency.

Petitioner is directed to make communication of this order to the learned court below as well as to the

learned advocate appearing on behalf of the defendant before the Trial Court as well as defendant/opposite party.

With this observation and direction, the revisional application stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings.
