Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there are some defects in the revision petition. She further submits that petitioner would not like to press the application and would instead to file a proper application on the selfsame grounds.

The revisional application is dismissed as not pressed. However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner from filing a fresh application on the selfsame grounds. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order may be delivered to the learned Advocates for the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all formalities.
