Ms. Usha Maity Ms. Anita Khatri Mr. Sakya Maity .. for the petitioners Mr. Ayan Banerjee ..for the State Mr. Ayan Banerjee, learned advocate, informs the Court that due to change of the panel as well as elevation of the erstwhile learned advocate on behalf of the Staterespondents, the relevant papers of the instant case are not available with him. He seeks for a direction upon the petitioner to hand over copy of the writ petition along with its annexures and other relevant documents.

Mr. Banerjee, learned advocate informs the Court that he has not been engaged in the matter formally. In view of such submission, concerned department is directed to regularise the appointment of Mr. Ayan Banerjee, learned advocate for the State-respondents. Learned advocate for the petitioners is directed to hand over copy the writ petition along with its annexures as well as other affidavits to Mr. Ayan Banerjee, learned advocate.

Mr. Banerjee, learned advocate for the Staterespondents seeks to file affidavit-in-opposition to the supplementary affidavit.

Accordingly, State-respondents are directed to file opposition to the supplementary affidavit filed by the petitioner on 29th January, 2024.

Let the matter appear on 14th March, 2024 under the same heading at the top.
