Parimal Kanti Naskar & ORS v. State Of West Bengal & ANR
CRR 174 of 2012 With IA No: CRAN/1/2012 (Old No: CRAN/958/2012, CRAN/3/2012 (Old No: CRAN/2939/2012) g.b.
24.09.2021 Court No.34 In Re: - An application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure;
And In Re: - Parimal Kanti Naskar & Ors.
Petitioners Mr. Arijit Ganguly .......For the State The revisional application was preferred challenging the proceeding arising out of Gosaba Police Station Case No. 86 of 2010 dated 20.08.2010.
The record reflects that the impugned order was there till March, 2012 and thereafter the said order was never extended. Mr. Arigjit Ganguly, learned advocate appearing for the State submits that since the offences complained of are serious in nature at this belated stage, it would be prejudicial to the prosecution if any interference is made.
I have applied my mind and on perusal of the materials on record, I am of the view that as there was no interim order for the last nine years, no interference as such is called for. Accordingly, CRR 174 of 2012 is dismissed.
Pending applications, if any, consequentially stand disposed of.
Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
