Learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties submitted that in view of the judgment dated 31.01.2018 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in FMA No.525 of 2015, the present application has become infructuous. It is further submitted that all the posts of "Anganwadi Workers" under the ICDS project for the period have been filled up. Accordingly, on the prayer of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, the writ petition is disposed of as having become infurctuous.
