Kamal Hossain @ Kamal Hossain @ Haru & Ors. ...... petitioners Mr. Shahjahan Hossain Mr. Supriyo Das ....for the petitioners Mr. Imran Ali Ms. Debjani Sahu ....for the State Injured suffered grievous hurt in the nature of ten fractures.

All the petitioners are complicit in the assault of the injured.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 440 of 2023 is dismissed.
