The appeal was called on 24th August, 2021.

There being application for condonation of delay. The appeal was adjourned and on 2nd September, 2021 the application was allowed. The appeal was directed to be listed on 16th September, 2021. None appeared on behalf of appellant on 16th September, 2021. Court, at its instance, granted adjournment to appellants as last chance. On 23rd September, 2021 again prayer for adjournment was made and a further last adjournment granted. Today yet again prayer for adjournment. We are convinced appellants have lost interest. SAT 132 of 2002 is dismissed.
