It would appear that the order assailed in connection with this case is on the basis of the case registered by the authority of N.C.B. It relates to N.C.B. Crime No.21/NCB/KOL/2016 dated 09.06.2016 under Section 8(3) read with Section 15(C) and 29 of the NDPS Act. Now, learned counsel for the petitioner submits to not press the application with liberty to file afresh by impleading the necessary party being N.C.B., Eastern Zonal Unit, Kolkata.

The certified copy of the order annexed to this application be returned upon furnishing proper receipt.
