Criminal Revisional Jurisdiction 08-02-2024 Subha Item no. 20 Ct no.34 CRR 401 of 2024 Rina Bibi -versus- Mintu Laskar @ Shamim Laskar Mr. Apalak Basu ....for the petitioner.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that Mex Case No. 370 of 2016 arouse out of M Case No. 426 of 2013 and the same is pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd court, Alipore.

Learned advocate submits that the opposite party happens to be a regular defaulter and the learned Magistrate after issuance of warrant of arrest on his appearance by way of depositing a meager amount would recall the warrant of arrest. In this manner a sum of a sum of Rs.2,71,000/- has accumulated. Learned advocate submits that the petitioner is immensely suffering. Having regard to the agony expressed by the petitioner, I direct that the learned trial court would fix at least one date in a month and fix a schedule of installments so that the present petitioner gets a complete picture regarding the time frame within which the arrears accrued will be cleared.

. With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being 401 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
