Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.

The petitioner prays for activating her Aadhaar Card issued by the Unique Identification Authority of India.

It appears that the demographics and the biometrics of the petitioner was not updated for which the Aadhaar enrolment stood suspended.

Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that thereafter the biometrics and the demographics have been updated but the suspension of the Aadhaar is yet to be recalled. 5.

The petitioner made representation before the respondent authority, Director of Unique Identification Authority of India but there is no response from the end of the said authority.

The instant writ petition is accordingly, disposed of by directing the Regional Officer, Unique Identification Authority of India being the respondent

no.4 and the Director, Unique Identification Authority of India having State Office within the State of West Bengal being the respondent no. 5 herein to take steps in response to the prayer made by the petitioner seeking revival of her Aadhaar in accordance with law at the earliest.

In the event any further formality is to be complied with by the petitioner, the same shall be intimated to her.

Within four weeks from the date of compliance of all necessary formalities, the petitioner's Aadhaar Card shall be updated positively.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

10.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
