An appeal was preferred against an ad interim order passed in connection with the present writ petition, holding the same maintainable, which culminated in a disposal by an order dated February 24, 2025, which was subsequently modified by an order dated March 3, 2025 where the Division Bench was pleased to observe, inter alia, that the writ petition itself was also deemed to be treated as disposed of.

Hence, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the present writ petition.

Accordingly, in the light of the observations made by the Division Bench in MAT 591 of 2023 and MAT 1996 of 2022, WPA 2615 of 2021, along with the connected application bearing CAN 1 of 2021, stands disposed of without any order as to costs.
