The petitioner submits that as they have filed one review application which is undated (at page 29, annexure-'P 5' of the writ application), the recovery proceeding as has been initiated by the Provident Fund Authority should not proceed.

The learned advocate for the Provident Fund Authority has submitted that the said review application has been rejected. The learned advocate for the Provident Fund Authority has further submitted that none of their prayers made before the Provident Fund Authority has been accepted and the petitioner was directed to produce certain papers and documents by the letter of the Provident Fund Authority dated 11th November, 2020, which they have not done. The petitioner submits that he has not been instructed with regard to this. However, if his client is so advised, he may collect a copy of the letter dated 11th November, 2020.

In such circumstances, I do not find any merit in this matter and WPA 2618 of 2021 is, accordingly, dismissed.
