This is an old appeal of 1995. The appellant has taken no step for hearing of this appeal. Obviously, the appellant is not interested in proceeding with the appeal.

Today, when the matter is called on, nobody appears for the appellant even in the second call, although the respondent Eastern Coalfields Limited (ECL) is represented through learned Counsel. No accommodation is sought for.

Accordingly, the appeal being FMA/650/1995 is dismissed.
