During the course of hearing learned counsel for the parties reached to a consensus.

It is agreed and hence directed that since West Bengal Telecom Infrastructure Guidelines, 2023 dated 20.04.2023 came into being which provides a redressal forum and these petitions/PILs are disposed of by permitting the petitioners to submit their written grievances before the appropriate committee/forum within two weeks from today along with the copy of this order.

In the event, the grievances are filed before the appropriate committee along with copy of this order within the aforesaid time, the said committee shall endeavour to decide the grievances by passing a reasoned and
speaking order in accordance with law preferably within 90 days therefrom.

The outcome shall be communicated to the petitioners.

These PILs are disposed of without expressing any opinion on the merits of these cases.
