Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the death was due to suicide.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention to the materials in the case diary including the postmortem report. The victim was brought dead to the hospital with 100% burn injuries. The victim died at her matrimonial home. None of the petitioners herein who are resident in the same matrimonial home apparently suffered any burn injuries. The complicity of the petitioners herein cannot be discounted at this state.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

CRM (A) 621 of 2022 is rejected.
