State is represented.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the records, which the petitioner seeks, are not readily available. He submits that the District Inspector of Schools is ready and willing to make further visit and local enquiries so far as grant of recognition of the school is concerned.

It is up to the District Inspector of Schools to arrange his affairs so far as recognition of school is concerned. However, when a second appeal under the Right to Information Act, 2005 is pending, the same is required to be disposed of expeditiously. In such circumstances, the second appellate authority under the Right to Information Act, 2005 is requested to consider

and dispose of the second appeal of the petitioner in accordance with law and dispose of the same preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.

WPA 2620 of 2021 is disposed of accordingly.
