1. Learned advocate representing the Pradhan of the Gram Panchayat refers to the document signed by the Pradhan of the Gram Panchayat with a finding that the subject construction is an illegal one and is liable to be demolished.

2. The finding has duly been forwarded to the Sub Divisional Officer, Jhargram Sub Division on 16th August, 2024.

3. As it appears that the issue of unauthorised construction has been dealt with by the Pradhan, accordingly, there is no requirement of keeping the contempt application pending.

4. It will be open for the petitioner to pursue the matter before the Sub Divisional Officer in accordance with law, if so advised.

5. The contempt application stands disposed of.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties, if applied for, as early as possible.
