Ghosh Mr. Arindam Sen .....For the State Apprehending arrest in connection with Kushmandi Police Station Case No. 167 of 2021 dated 06.10.2021 under Sections 448/427/323/325/326/307/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, the present application has been preferred. Heard the Learned Lawyers appearing for the respective parties and perused the Case Diary.

From the statement of witnesses, seizure list, injury report, we find that the present Petitioners have active complicity in the alleged offence causing serious injury to the person of the victim. Seizure of weapons were made from the residence of the Petitioner No. 1.

On perusal of the Case Diary and other materials, we find strong incriminating materials are there and allegation is grave and serious. The Petitioners are absconding, as appears from the Case Diary.

Considering the nature of allegations, complicity of the petitioners, their conduct, injury report, we are not inclined to allow the anticipatory bail and the same stands rejected. The application being CRM (A) 625 of 2022 is, accordingly, dismissed.
