Mr. Dinesh Pani ....for the petitioner Mr. Swapan Kr. Dutta Mr. Dipnakar Dasgupta ....for the State Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there are some incurable defects in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the petitioner would not like to press this application and would file an appropriate application afresh on the self-same grounds.

In view of the above, let the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.

However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner from filing an appropriate application on the self-same grounds.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order may be delivered to the learned Advocates for the parties, if applied for, upon compliance.
