1. Learned ASG submits that an appeal preferred against the parent order was taken up for hearing but due to certain apparent discrepancies regarding the payment of court fees, the same could not be heard and is likely to be taken up next on April 30, 2024.

2. It is further submitted by learned ASG that one of the alleged contemnors has retired and the other has been transferred, for which the present incumbents are required to be brought on record in the contempt application.

3. The learned Advocate-on-record appearing for the alleged contemnors is accordingly requested to furnish the particulars of the present incumbents to his counterpart appearing for the petitioners by April 29, 2024.

4. The learned Advocate-on-record for the petitioners is granted liberty to carry out the necessary consequential amendments to the cause title of the contempt application

by impleading the said incumbents as alleged contemnors in the contempt application.

5. Immediately thereafter, the petitioners shall serve fresh copies of the amended contempt application on the newly impleaded alleged contemnors, indicating that the matter shall next be listed under the same heading on May 17, 2024, when the petitioners shall file a fresh affidavit-ofservice.
