It is submitted by the Counsel for the State that FIR has since been registered on the complaint of the petitioners by Anandapur Police Station.

It is expected that investigation into the aforesaid FIR is completed within a period of two months from date and the petitioners shall co-operate with the investigation as and when required.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
