Mr. Subhankar Chakraborty Ms. Ruchira Manna ... for the petitioners Learned counsel for the petitioners files a copy of the order dated 5.7.2022 passed in case No.341 of 2018 wherein it is seen that the case has been compromised between the parties and amicably settled and the accused person who preferred the revisional application have been acquitted from the said case.

The present revisional application was for quashing of the proceeding in case No.341 of 2018. Accordingly, in view of the said order present revision has become infructuous and is accordingly disposed of as infructuous.

All connected applications stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance.
