13-02-2023 AKG Ct. 238 It appears that the petitioner has tendered a letter of apology dated February 8, 2023, before the Proctor of the university.

Mr. Chatterjee, learned advocate appearing for the university submits that the university has accepted the apology tendered by the petitioner and it is inclined to withdraw the order of punishment dated January 16, 2023, appearing at page-68 of this writ petition. Accordingly, the order dated January 16, 2023 is set aside. The university will allow the petitioner to continue his studies in the university and to appear in the ensuing examinations.

Accordingly, WPA 2193 of 2023 is disposed of. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
