Petitioners have challenged the chargesheet, which has been submitted in connection with Harirampur Police Station Case No. 07 of 2023 dated 13-01-2023.

Records of this revisional application reflect that the prosecution is yet to supply the documents under Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Having considered the same, I am of the view that the petitioners approached this court at a premature stage.

Accordingly, petitioners would be at liberty to approach either the learned trial court by way of taking out a discharge application or exhaust its remedy at the appropriate stage.

. With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being 402 of 2024 is disposed of.
