The writ application has been preferred praying for direction upon the respondents mainly the respondent no. 11, 12 & 13 to enforce the Memo No. 29/1/SDO (SH)/Court dated 07.01.2019 to stop the illegal concrete road construction, which is being done by encroaching the petitioner's plot of land bearing plot No. R.S. and L.R. 672 demarcated area 05 decimals out of 56 decimals, J.L. No. 41, under Mouza Inchura, Police Station Balagarh, District Hooghly.

The petitioner has made representations before the authorities concerned, being the Pradhan, the Block Development Officer and other authorities but there has been total inaction on their part.

Considering the submission made by the parties herein and also the nature of dispute and the materials on record, the writ application is disposed of with the direction that the respondent authorities being the BL

& LRO, Block Development Officer, Pradhan shall consider the representations filed by the writ petitioner within 60 days from the date of this order and dispose of the same on hearing the parties, in accordance with law, by passing a reasoned order. In case the copy of the representation is not available with the authority concerned, the petitioner is at liberty to file a copy of the same with the authorities concerned who shall dispose of the representation as directed.

The writ application stands disposed of.

Applications, if any, connected thereto stand disposed of consequently.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on priority basis upon compliance of all formalities.
