Petitioner has complied with the conditions of bail imposed upon him.

Under such circumstances, conditions of bail imposed upon the petitioner, that is, not to enter the jurisdiction of Pursurah P.S and provide the address where he shall presently reside to the investigating officer and to report to the Officer-in-Charge, of the police station concerned within whose jurisdiction he is presently reside i.e. Arambagh once in a week, are waived. However, petitioner shall appear before the court below on every date of hearing without fail.

Accordingly, the application for relaxation of conditions of bail being CRAN 1 of 2023 is disposed of.
