1. Typographical errors in the order dated 17.02.2025 pointed out on behalf of the parties be corrected.

2. In the cause-title "MAT 143 of 2025" be replaced with "MAT 143 of 2023".

3. The word "promises" appearing in paragraph-9 be replaced with the word "premises".

4. The word "appellant" in paragraph 11 be replaced with "Municipality".

5. Let these corrections be incorporated by the department in the order dated February 17, 2025.

6. Rest of the order will remain the same.
