In this writ petition, petitioners have challenged the impugned order of revisional authority concerned dated November 2, 2021, as appears on page 52, rejecting the prayer for accepting the "C Forms" in question annexed with the writ petition.

Considering the submission of the parties, this writ petition being WPA No.2071 of 2022 is disposed of by directing the respondent concerned to accept the "C Forms" in question of the petitioners which were rejected and upheld by the revisional board, subject to verification and compliance of all necessary formalities, within four weeks from the date of communication of this order.
