It is submitted there is delay in trial. He renews his prayer for bail. Learned lawyer for the State opposes the bail prayer. We have considered the materials on record. Trial is in progress. Four witnesses have already been examined. Under such circumstances and in view of the gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. Trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same at an early date.
