However, bearing in mind the nature and extent of complicity of petitioner nos. 2, 3, 4 and 5 herein who happens to be the mother in law and sister in law of the victim lady, in the alleged crime and the statement of the victim recorded under section 164 Cr.P.C, we are of the opinion that custody interrogation of the petitioner nos. 2, 3, 4 and 5 are not necessary and they may be granted anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioner nos. 2, 3, 4 and 5 shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
