Mr. Gourav Das ... for DPSC, South 24 Parganas Mr. Bhaskar Prasad Vaisya, Mr. Ranjan Saha, Mr. Santanu Panja ... for the State The petitioner claims to be the organizing teacher of one Uttar Kusum New F.P. School. He prays for regularization of his service.

South 24-Parganas District Primary School Council by a communication dated 22nd July, 2021 made under the Right to Information Act, 2005 intimated the petitioner that the school Uttar Kusum was sanctioned, but no organizer teacher post was sanctioned. His prayer for regularization of service as organizing teacher stood rejected.

The petitioner is aggrieved by the same. He is making series of representations praying for regularization of his service.

No law has been produced before this Court to show that there is a provision for regularization of

organizing teacher in a Government aided free primary school.

In view of the above, no relief can be granted in the instant case. The writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed.
