The evidence of the victim lady is enclosed in the bail application.

Having considered that it has been deposed before the learned trial Court by PW1 that the accused persons threatened to throw her baby on the railway track and thereafter one after another five of the accused persons committed rape on her.

On an appreciation of the deposition of PW1, I am not inclined to release any of the petitioners on bail.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioners in CRM (M) 371 of 2026 is dismissed.

Report submitted by the State be kept with the record. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
