This is a case of 20-year service benefit of the petitioner.

I direct the District Inspector of Schools of the concerned district to call a meeting of the school and the petitioner within a period of four weeks from date and to specify all the issues as have been raised in the writ application and to give a guideline to the school how the matter can be solved. There should be a reasoned order to be passed after the meeting by the District Inspector of Schools within two weeks after the expiry of the said four-week period.

Copies of the said reasoned order are to be served upon the school and also upon the petitioner and upon the State.

With the above observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
