The petition relates to the prayer for expeditious disposal of Title Execution Case No. 1212 of 2018 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court, Contai.

Considering the nature of prayer, I do not find any reason to ask to service of notice upon the opposite parties. Service upon the opposite parties is thus dispensed with.

Learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court, Contai is requested to dispose of the Title Execution Case No. 1212 of 2018, which is pending since 2018 as expeditiously as possible without giving any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties to the suit.

Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioners are at liberty to communicate this order to the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court, Contai.

With this observation and direction, the revisional application stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings.
