Vs.

Rakesh Puranik & Ors.

Mr. Dhilon Sengupta, Mr. Suhaka Prasad .... For appellant.

Mr. Sourav Sengupta, Mr. Debdeep Sinha, Mr. Aman Baid .... For respondent nos.1 to 8.

Re: I.A. CAN 3 of 2021 With I.A. CAN 4 of 2021 Two applications have been listed as "To Be Mentioned" in this disposed of appeal, at instance of respondents in the appeal. Respondents are writ petitioners. On query from Court, it is ascertained that respondents are not aggrieved by impugned order dated 20th June, 2019.

Mr. Dhilon Sengupta, learned advocate appears on behalf of appellant and prays for extension of time to pay the costs directed by order dated 11th March, 2020, disposing of the application for condonation of delay and the appeal. Extension is granted to pay the costs in course of this week.

Parties will have their grievances adjudicated on affidavits per direction in impugned order. Similar extension of time is also granted to respondents in the appeal, to comply with directions they have obtained in the appeal. So far as IA no.CAN 3 of 2021 is concerned, liberty is granted to respondents to file application for same prayer of substitution, before the first Court.

The applications are thus disposed of.
