Heard Learned Advocate for both the parties.

At the outset, Mr. Sibnarayan Chattopadhyay, learned Advocate for the opposite party submits that he has no objection for an appropriate order for transfer of proceeding in Mat Suit 882 of 2020 pending in the file of Learned District Judge, Barasat 24 Parganas (North) to the Court of learned District Judge, Paschim Burdwan at Asansol as both the parties are permanent residents of Asansol.

Hence, upon hearing Learned Advocate for the parties, let the proceeding being Matrimonial Suit No. 882 of 2020 be withdrawn from the file of learned District Judge at Barasat 24 Parganas (North) and be transferred to

the file of learned District Judge, Paschim Burdwan at Asansol.

A copy of this order be communicated to the learned Transferor Court and the Transferee Court for information and for compliance of the direction aforesaid. Thus, the application under Section 24 of the CPC being C.O. 178 of 2021 is disposed of.

No order as to costs.

Urgent certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of the usual formalities.
