No. 7994 of 2020 arising out of Titagarh P.S. Case NO. 703 of 2020 dated 14th December, 2020 under Sections 498(A)/406 of the Indian Penal Code along with all orders passed in connection thereto, pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barrackpore, North 24 Parganas. The written instruction is placed before this Court through the learned counsel for the petitioner who submits that the trial has concluded and he has been acquitted from the charges and, as such, the present case is infructuous at this stage. Let the written instruction be taken on record. Accordingly, considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the materials on record, the present revisional application is, thus, disposed of as 'infructuous'.

All connected applications, if any, stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
