The petitioner complains that the private respondent is trying to disturb his possession and illegally obtain a second water connection.

Admittedly, Title Suit No.692 of 2020 is pending before the Learned 6th Civil Judge (Junior Division) at Howrah between the parties.

The petitioner may seek appropriate remedies in the pending civil suit against the private respondent. Jagacha Police Station shall, however, ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area. With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
