Two applications for anticipatory bail are taken up for analogous consideration as they emanate out of the same police case.

The police filed charge sheet.

There are materials in the case diary implicating the petitioners in the assault and murder of the victim. In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory

bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 442 of 2023 and C.R.M. (A) 446 of 2023 are dismissed.
