The respondent/distribution company is represented and submits that the claim of the petitioner is belated and an afterthought. It is further submitted on behalf of the distribution company that the entire grievance of the petitioner is mischievous and malafide.

I have heard the parties. I am of the view that the grievances of the petitioner should be considered by the respondent no. 3 after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the representative of the respondent/ distribution company. The question as to whether the petitioner had granted consent or raised any objection at the time of installation of the high tension line as far as back on 2013 will also be considered by the respondent no. 3.

The respondent no. 3 is directed to consider the grievance of the petitioner after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the representatives of the

respondent/distribution company. The respondent no. 3 is also directed to pass a reasoned order relating to the same. It is expected that the entire exercise will be completed by the respondent no. 3 within six weeks from date.

With the aforesaid directions this writ petition being WPA No. 2645 of 2021 stands disposed of.

There shall be, however, no order as to costs. (Ravi Krishan Kapur,J)
