Mr. Kalidas Saha ... for the petitioners Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that an issuance of warrant of arrest and proclamation was challenged in this revisional application. However, in the meantime an order of attachment also been issued in this case. Accordingly, the petitioners do not want to press this matter and would instead file an application challenging the issue of warrant of arrest, proclamation and attachment.

On the prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioners the revisional application is dismissed as withdrawn. On the prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Office is directed to return the certified copy of the order sheet annexed with the revision petition to the learned Advocate-on-Record of this application upon furnishing usual undertakings and submitting a copy of the order sheet for the record.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order may be supplied to the parties expeditiously, if applied for.
