It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party no. 2 with written instructions that a prayer was made before the trial court on 22.09.2017 for withdrawal and the same was allowed by the trial court. Save and except the written instructions, no order has been supplied. However, the case is pending since 2011. 3.

Accordingly, CRR 262 of 2011 is, thus, dismissed for default. Consequently, all connected pending application, if any, is also dismissed.
