The order dated 30th March, 2023 is mentioned for correction.

In the second paragraph of page two of the order dated 30th March, 2023, the expression "Additional S.P. of Sundarban Police District" shall stand corrected to read as "Additional Superintendent of Police, Baruipur Police District".

Let the aforesaid correction be incorporated in the order dated 30th March, 2023.

The other portions of the order dated 30th March, 2023 shall remain unaltered.

Department is directed to take necessary steps for correction in the order-sheet.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
