Kajal Karmakar v. State Of West Bengal And ANR
17.07.2023 Serial no. 39 [G.S.D] CRR 321 of 2023 In the matter of : Kajal Karmakar ... ... Petitioner The revisional application earlier appeared on 27th June, 2023 when none appeared for the petitioner. Today also none represents the petitioner.
I find that the revisional application was preferred challenging the summons issued in Misc. Execution Case No. 469 of 2022.
The record reflects that there were dues of Rs.1 lakh 64 thousand for which the Learned Magistrate issued summons.
Having considered the conduct of the present petitioner before this Court as well as the huge dues which accumulated for a substantial period of time for nonpayment of maintenance, I am of the opinion that no interference is called for.
Accordingly, CRR 321 of 2023 is dismissed. Pending application(s), if any, is also dismissed.
All parties to act on a server copy of this order duly obtained from the official website of the Hon'ble High Court, Calcutta.
