Kutubuddin ... for the petitioner Mr. Kanak Kiran Bandyopadhyay ... for the WBSEDCL Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner prays for a direction upon the respondent no.3 to supply permanent electricity connection to the petitioner's submersible pump set, which is fitted to the shallow tube well installed on his own plot under police station Gazole, District-Malda.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent authorities submits that if the petitioner complies with all necessary formalities, the distribution company shall supply permanent electricity connection to the petitioner's submersible pump within three months from date.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Learned counsel appearing for the

petitioner is requested to complete all necessary formalities within two weeks from date and the distribution company is also requested to supply permanent electricity connection to the petitioner's submersible pump set, fitted at his own plot within four weeks from date of compliance with all formalities.

With the above observations, WPA 2366 of 2025 is accordingly disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
