In view of the aforesaid, I dispose of the writ petition granting liberty upon the petitioner to challenge the said communication dated February 27, 2025 in accordance with law. Accordingly, WPA 2349 of 2025 is disposed of. Let a copy of the communication dated February 27, 2025 be retained in the case records.
