The writ petition was disposed of by the order dated January 14, 2021 and the typographical errors of the said order were corrected by a subsequent order dated January 20, 2021.

The matter has been brought to the list for correction of the said order dated January 20, 2021.

In the third paragraph at page 1 said order dated January 20, the words "first paragraph at page 2" be corrected as "third paragraph at page 1".

The other portion of the said order shall remain unaltered.

The department is directed to carry out the necessary correction in the order dated January 20, 2021 and also in the certified copy of the said order if supplied to the parties.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities. (Biswajit Basu, J.)
