Affidavit of service filed in Court is taken on record. The grievance of the petitioner is that the private respondents have illegally and forcefully trespassed into the private land of the petitioner and have constructed a wall thereon. The petitioner submits that a representation of the petitioner before the Prodhan has not yielded any result. The Writ Court cannot decide the issue as to whether the private respondents have forcefully entered into the private land of the petitioner. The dispute between the parties is a private one and purely civil in nature. Accordingly the instant writ petition WPA 2651 of 2021 stands dismissed.

Dismissal of the writ petition will however not stand in the way of the writ petitioner from approaching the appropriate forum, for redressal of his grievances, in accordance with law, if so advised.
