In pursuance to the direction of this Court on February 21, 2025, the appellant has deposited the cost of Rs.10,000/- with the State Legal Services Authority on February 28, 2025. The original challan issued by the State Legal Services Authority be taken on record. It appears to me that the appellant has already complied with the order passed by this Court on February 21, 2025.

At this juncture, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent submits that the respondent shall proceed to the Hon'ble Supreme Apex Court in a proposed SLP against the order dated February 21, 2015. He beseeches this court that no further order be passed.

Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the respondent, it appears to me justified not to proceed further. However, the respondent is given liberty to appraise this Court regarding the order of the Hon'ble Apex Court, which may be passed in connection with proposed SLP.

Let the matter appear in the list on April 22, 2025 under the same heading for bringing order from Hon'ble Apex Court.
