In an incident of assault, there is a counter police compliant. Two persons suffered injuries in the present police complaint. Injury of one of the injured was classified as grievous hurt. Injured names the petitioner as the assailant. Apparently, the injuries were inflicted with the sharp-cutting weapon.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 456 of 2024 is dismissed.
